The
Edicions Serres publishing house and the Gala-Salvador
Dalí Foundation organised a story session at
the Gala Dalí Castle House-Museum in Púbol,
given by the Vadecontes company. At half-past noon,
boys and girls of all ages enthusiastically attended
a children’s show consisting in a theatrically
staged reading of the story Salvador Dalí,
paint me a Dream, written by Montse Gisbert and
published by Edicions Serres.
The story came out in 2003 on the occasion of Dalí
Year, and was written in close collaboration with the
Foundation’s Educational Service and the Centre
for Dalinian Studies. We might note that it received
Third Prize for the Best Book published in 2003 in the
category of children’s and young people’s
books, awarded by the Ministry of Culture’s Directorate-General
for Books, Archives and Libraries.
