To celebrate Salvador Dalí's 100 th birthday in 2004, various children's books were published in Spain that introduce young readers to the life and work of the Catalan artist and famous representative of surrealism. One of the most original examples of these is this witty non-fiction book designed - quite appropriately - in collage technique. Montse Gisbertc ombines reproductions of Dalí's works with old and new photographs and fixes all of them onto her own double-page colour illustrations.
